Business started by Dennis Oates at Consols, St Ives.

1951

1950's - 1960's

Began with local council work and progressed to the transport of seasonal flowers, fruit and vegetables from Cornwall to the wholesale markets around the country.

1970's - 1980's

Further expansion into the produce sector with the purchase of refrigerated trailers for national and international temperature-controlled deliveries to RDC's and supermarkets.

Moved to new greenfield site on industrial estate in 1988 and built 2 warehouses for dry storage.



1970's - 1980's

1990's

Business grew throughout 1990's with the addition of a daily service for the delivery of locally-caught fish to Boulogne and weekly trips to Spain.



1990's

2000's

Continued expansion of both British and Continental services.

Conversion of one of the warehouses to a refrigerated store to give customers a complete service.
